Kanel är vår hälsosamma tolkning av den klassiska flingan som vi alla känner och älskar (men insåg bara var en dessert som utger sig för att vara frukost). Med 8 g protein, endast 3 g socker och gluten- & spannmålsfri är Kanel en favorit av en anledning. Ta en skål, en sked, din favoritmjölk och njut… eller stick bara handen rakt ner i paketet som vi gör. Det är så gott!
I’ve been hunting for a cereal that doesn’t spike my blood sugar, and with 3g of sugar per serving this actually tastes like the real thing instead of cardboard. The 8g of protein keeps me full until lunch, which is more than I can say for any other “healthy” cereal I’ve tried.
The crunch holds up way better than I expected, even after sitting in almond milk for a bit. Getting 8g of protein with only 3g of sugar makes this feel like a legit breakfast instead of a sugar bomb. I've already gone through two boxes this month.
