The crunch is spot-on, and I’m genuinely shocked it packs 8g of protein without tasting like a chalky protein bar. I’ve already gone through two boxes this week, and the 3g of sugar keeps me from feeling guilty at breakfast.
The frosting actually stays on the flakes instead of dusting off into the bottom of the bowl, which always drove me crazy as a kid. Eight grams of protein with only three grams of sugar sounds like a gimmick, but I genuinely couldn’t tell the difference from the sugary original.
